CNIB Lake Joe

For 60 years, CNIB Lake Joe has been providing enriching camp experiences for Canadians with sight loss – where children are encouraged to shine, youth are empowered to thrive, and 'kids of all ages' enjoy recreational pursuits. Located in the heart of Muskoka, Ontario, CNIB Lake Joe is a one-of-a-kind accessible camp that stretches over 12.5 acres on the northwest corner of beautiful Lake Joseph. We’d love for you to join our CNIB 60th anniversary celebrations! We will have a plenty of activities throughout the year to help mark this important milestone, celebrating our "Warm Memories, Bright Futures."

CNIB Lake Joe is proud to be an accredited member of the Ontario Camps Association and an affiliated member of the Lifesaving Society.

CNIB Lake Joe – Book Your Holiday Week

As we continue to explore opportunities for our community to visit CNIB Lake Joe safely, we’re piloting Holiday Week programs in August.

This new offering invites guests who are blind or partially sighted to visit CNIB Lake Joe with family members from the same household.

Holiday Weeks will focus on independent, self-directed activities. There will be no formal programming offered. Instead, guests are encouraged to choose their own adventure and build their own experiences.
