If you are a supporter of the CNIB Foundation and would like to change any of the contact details we have on file for you, including updating your phone number, address or email, simply fill out the secure form below.

To securely update your bank or credit card details, or to request a reissued tax receipt, please call us at 1-800-563-2642, and one of our Donor Services Specialists will be happy to help you. We recommend to never send financial details by email.
