There are many scholarships, bursaries, and awards administered or delivered by external organizations, foundations, and corporations. These types of opportunities may have specific application requirements, and the criteria to qualify will vary.

AER Scholarships – 2 at $1,000
The Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AER) offers two scholarships to students who are currently enrolled in a higher education program. For more information, visit AER's website.
North American Van Lines Logistics Scholarship Competition – 4 at $1,000
North American Van Lines is a large moving company and is looking to provide a scholarship to four tudents who major in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a similar field. Each scholarship is $1,000 and is available to current students and to those who are enrolling in college. For more information, visit their website.
Nova Scotia League for Equal Opportunities – multiple scholarships
The Nova Scotia League for Equal Opportunities, awards scholarships to assist Nova Scotians with disabilities in their post-secondary education and training. Open to Nova Scotians with disabilities who are entering or continuing studies, at the undergraduate level, in a Canadian post-secondary institution. Western University, Faculty of Education Scholarship; Graduate Students Living with Disabilities
