This class is designed for all level yogis. Relaxed pace to release anxiety and calm the body. Students will be guided into meditation, breathing techniques, yoga poses and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a big towel and an open mind to learn something new for the new year! Suitable for those with glaucoma, high blood pressure and insomnia.
This yoga class runs via Zoom web conference every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern TIme. Call in information will be given upon registration.
