Perfect for individuals with mobility issues or injuries, this class uses a sturdy chair to guide you through gentle movements, breath work, sitting meditation, and relaxation techniques. What you need: Comfortable clothing and a sturdy chair.
Chair Yoga meets every Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom. Zoom information will be shared after registering.
