Registration
The Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) offers events and programs. Some of these events will charge a registration fee for participants. Applicable taxes apply.
The fee amounts are based on the date of the registration receipt with full payment to CNIB. If early bird discounts are applicable, registrations and payment must be received at CNIB by the last day of the discount timeframe as noted. Should payment be received after the indicated deadlines, the regular (higher) registration fee will apply. Registration fees may include event documentation as applicable, and a meal if or as indicated and where applicable.
Payment
Where an event or program requires payment of a registration fee, payment for registration fees must accompany the online registration form. Registrations received without payment will not be processed, confirmed or reserve you the right to attend should capacity be limited for the program or event.
Payment is accepted via Credit/Debit (PayPal) and Cheques only.
Cancellation
CNIB requires that the online booking be cancelled by the same method and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event or program will be refunded, minus a 10% administration fee.
- No event registration fee refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or less prior to the start of the event or program.

CNIB cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any property, whatever the cause may be. Should, for any reason, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled, CNIB will endeavor to reschedule the workshop, but shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages, or expenses incurred by registrants beyond those fees collected as a registration fee for the program or event.
