Curious about our London Friendly Chat Group? Swing by and meet our awesome volunteer group lead, Shelby. She’s super excited to meet you all. Whether you’re interested in making new friends, having great conversations, or just learning more about what we are hoping to do. Shelby and I are looking forward to welcoming you for this information session. Bring your lunch and then stay for Bingo and Word Games after.

The Information Session: Friendly Chat Group London meets on Saturday, September 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the CNIB London Community Hub.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.

Accessible Yoga
Accessible yoga for most skill levels from the comfort of your home. Check out accessible yoga if you are looking for a classic yoga class with descriptive prompts. Designed for people with vision loss, the instructor will verbally walk you through all the poses and movements. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and your breath! Accessible Yoga meets every Monday from  5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom.
