Become a Connecting the Dots exhibitor and reach hundreds of people impacted by sight loss around the world! As an exhibitor, you’ll enjoy: 

  • Brand presence in the event program and on the website, and in our communications to our 10,000+ subscribers and 52,000+ social media followers
  • The opportunity to connect with both decision-makers and target clients, receive direct feedback, demonstrate your knowledge, stand out from the competition, explore new sales and partnership opportunities, and learn about new industry trends and needs.
  • A customizable and accessible experience to showcase your products/services to help grow your client base. 

A booth for every brand

  • Standard Exhibitor Table: $500 per in-person event (includes virtual exhibitor booth for both English and French virtual events) 
  • CNIB Venture Pool Exhibitor Table: $250 per in-person event (includes virtual exhibitor booth for both English and French virtual events) 
  • Presentation/Session Fee: $250 per session 

Benefits:A virtual booth. One avatar stands in front of a poster featuring the company, Say Hello.

  • A booth at our in-person event and/or
  • Customizable, accessible virtual exhibitor booths with description of your products and services, your logo and a link to your website.
  • Opportunity to meet virtually with visitors on Zoom.
  • Opportunity to participate in a virtual or in-person swag bag. Pending CNIB’s approval.

What is a virtual booth

A virtual booth is the digital space for an exhibitor to reach attendees. Virtual booths feature exhibitor logo, link to their website, descriptions of their products and services, and a virtual chat room with the opportunity for visitors to connect one-on-one with the exhibitors.
