The CNIB National Youth Council believes in recognizing youth who are blind, Deafblind, or have low vision that are reaching above and beyond to make a difference in their community, province, or country. That's why they created the National Youth Council Leadership Award – to acknowledge the accomplishments of young leaders and their impact in communities across the country.
