This class is designed for all level yogis. Relaxed pace to release anxiety and calm the body. Students will be guided into meditation, breathing techniques, yoga poses and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a big towel and an open mind to learn something new!
Gentle Yoga runs every Wednesday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom. Zoom information will be shared after registering.
