The Virtual Program Facilitator - General will hold guest experience as the highest priority while leading virtual recreational programming for guests of all ages (children, youth, adults, seniors, families). This is accomplished through creative planning, energetic facilitation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Energetically and inclusively facilitate recreation programs (i.e., crafts, games, songs, etc.) for our guests through an online platform
- Assist in the planning and delivery of special programs (i.e., Camp-in-a-Box)
- Act as host on virtual programs (i.e., monitor chat, mute/unmute, record keeping, call outs, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and communication
- Experience in camp or other recreation programs an asset
- Current (within 6 months of start date) Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR “C”
- Ability to work flexible hours in a changing and busy environment
