The Virtual Program Coordinator will oversee all virtual programs while maintaining the highest level of guest and staff experience. This position will aid with the coordination, supervision, and facilitation of virtual programming, while keeping record of registration and guest feedback. The Virtual Program Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting in staff and volunteer training for all virtual programs.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, onboarding and support of all virtual staff and volunteers
- Planning, scheduling, and implementation of all virtual programming, including Camp-in-a-Box
- Communicate and update staff, volunteers, and guests of any changes to the programs
- Connect with staff members on a weekly basis to ensure job satisfaction
- Promote and encourage participation in programs via social media and email
- Attend programs to ensure superior job performance and guest satisfaction
- Ensure staff motivators are delivered in variety and consistently
- Work with management to build upon positive group dynamics
- Work flexible camp hours
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Mature and professional attitude
- A self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Current (within 6 months of start date) Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR “C”
- Ability to work flexible hours
