Special Events

CNIB is proud to support James' Run for a Brighter Future, a remarkable initiative led by one of our own dedicated team members. Driven by his lived experience, James wants to bring awareness to the importance of participating in physical activity. This fundraiser is not only raising crucial funds but also bringing awareness to CNIB and the work we are doing in the local community to support individuals and families impacted by sight loss. If you share James' passion and want to change what it is to be blind, we would love to hear from you! You can also host your own fundraiser and CNIB will be here to help along the way. To get started or for more information, please email Anais.Bedford@cnib.ca.

We also want to give a big shoutout to BCI team and all volunteers who supported this year's Eye Appeal Art Gala in Victoria. We are deeply grateful for their incredible support in making the event a tremendous success! If you are interested in volunteering for CNIB please email Ben.Finkelberg@cnib.ca.
