Join us for Wheel-Trans Day at CNIB! We are thrilled to welcome representatives from the TTC’s Wheel-Trans division right here at our CNIB GTA Community Hub. They will be here to provide more than just assistance and information, but to empower and inform riders! Get firsthand insights into Wheel-trans services, receive personalized support with registration, and have all your Wheel-Trans related queries answered on the spot. Whether you are considering applying for Wheel-Trans services, need help with your application, assistance with applying/renewing your support person card, or have questions about your status as a Wheel Trans customer, Wheel-trans staff are ready to guide you every step of the way. It is your chance to connect directly with the professionals.

Join us for a Wheel-Trans Day on Thursday, August 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the CNIB GTA Community Hub (1525 Yonge Street, Toronto).

CNIB SmartLife: Using Accessible QR Codes (Daytime)
QR codes are a great way to direct people to websites and resources using only an image and a phone camera. You may have heard of them and even used them. But have you heard of Accessible QR codes? Unlike regular QR codes, these were specially developed for users who are blind or low vision and have additional features which make them very useful for identifying objects in your surroundings. Wednesday, August 14 from 1 t o 2:30 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom.
