To enhance CNIB’s Culture, Sport & Recreation program offerings, we’ve partnered with SPIRIT Club, an online health and fitness platform that provides adapted exercise and healthy lifestyle classes.

SPIRIT Club strives to foster a culture of support and encouragement for all members. Whether you’re experienced with exercise or a total beginner; comfortable in gyms or don’t feel like they are the right fit for you, SPIRIT Club is where you can successfully work toward your fitness goals.

Accommodating Your World Series: Time Management & Organization

The Accommodating Your World series will introduce you to a suite of programs, apps, products, and services to help empower you achieve both your personal and professional goals.
