This correspondence course teaches how to transcribe music notation into braille. Candidates must have UEB Transcription Certification.
Course overview:
The music prerequisite is Grade 6 piano or equivalent and basic theory. Successful completion of the 34 lessons and test leads to certification as a braille music transcriber. Course material is provided and an instructor is assigned.
