Providing youth who are blind or partially sighted ways to develop leadership, advocacy and skills in a social setting with the goal of building self-esteem, confidence, social and community engagement and self-efficacy (empowerment). 

Guest speakers explore a variety of topics: 

  • Banking and money management
  • Starting a blog
  • First aid and CPR
  • Letter writing
  • Self defense
  • Employment skills
  • Bullying 
  • Self-care and hygiene
  • Party planning 
  • Tech
  • Visits to restaurants, shops, galleries and more

The program is flexible and geared to your interests. If you can’t attend in person, we’ll link you in via teleconference.
