Led by Sweet Surrender Wellness, this pay-what-you-can class is held at CNIB Halifax. The workshops are accessible and tailored for you. You can go at your own pace and additional verbal and physical instructions are provided for each position. Soothing music is played in the background and the lights are dimmed.
Yoga mats are available, though you are welcome to bring your own.
