A fully accessible and described gentle-styled yoga allowing you to develop strength, mindfulness and flexibility over time utilizing the most basic yoga postures. You’ll leave the class feeling looser and more relaxed. Come participate in a safe and supportive environment as a beginner to yoga or a full time Yogi. If you have ever wanted to try a yoga class but decided not to for any reason, this is the perfect time to try it out! The class will run biweekly in July-August at the new Burn365 Fitness Studio in Richmond BC and is open to those with Vision loss and their family or friends that would like to join them. Age 10+ welcome, Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
