Were you recently diagnosed with vision loss? Did you participate in the Vision Loss Adaptation group and want to have additional support? Or perhaps you’ve been blind or partially sighted for some time but never received support or psychosocial counselling.
This eight-week group acts as a bridge between Vision Loss Adaptation groups and peer support groups. Led by a partially sighted volunteer, it will expand your social network, help you live independently and give you adaptation strategies.
Relationships, leisure, relapses, housing and more.
These groups operate through conference calls, in the CNIB offices, or in cooperation with partner organizations.
