If you have been wanting to start exercising but aren’t sure where to begin, join Personal Trainer and Occupational Therapy Assistant Mark Mangabay for our Power Hour Fitness Classes!  This session will include 30 – 45 minutes of exercise to uplift your mood and get you sweating, as well as tips on exercising safely in the home and a Q&A portion for all things fitness!  Set to upbeat music, this week’s workout will include the usual full-body exercises but include attention to fine motor skills. Fine motor skills work the smaller muscles of the hands, fingers, and wrists. We use fine motor skills to type, write, dial, grab etc.; these will be addressed with strengthening, stretching and coordination exercises. The group meets biweekly on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Tech Talk is an interactive, engaging and educational program where participants discuss different technologies/apps that can help make life a bit easier! Participants will learn about technologies other participants use and also have an opportunity to ask questions. This technology group meets via Zoom web conference every Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
