Calling all Android users! Do you feel lost in a world of iPhones and iPads wondering who to talk to about your Android devices? You’ve come to the right place! This tech group will look at TalkBack, Ok Google and other accessible features with Android's operating system. Plus, we'll provide you with helpful tips and an open forum for questions and troubleshooting. This technology workshop meets via Zoom web conference on the third Friday of every month from 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Music Therapist, Emily Brown, will be hosting a weekly call-in session where we will practice the art of mindfulness through the practice of music. We will listen/play music together and then participate in reflective and relaxation activities focused on mindfulness and relaxation. This program is designed for those ages 19+. This group runs via Zoom web conference every Tuesday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Accessible yoga for most skill levels from the comfort of your home.  Check out accessible yoga if you are looking for a classic yoga class with descriptive prompts. Designed for people with vision loss, the instructor will verbally walk you through all the poses and movements. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and your breath! This yoga class runs via Zoom web conference every Monday & Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Song Bingo Game Night!

Come join us every other Friday for Song Bingo Game Night! All you need to participate is access to phone or Zoom and a bingo card at home or online!  Each Song Bingo Night will have a different musical theme! Feel free to play as a family or house, you could even make a night of it by dressing up to match the theme! There will be prizes for the first 3 bingo winners and for the person who names the most tunes! This program is designed for participants of all ages.
