Starting a successful business takes time and energy... but it also requires a lot of planning! Nurturing a business idea and building a plan for it helps you define your business, the scale of it, and gives you the ability to focus on the areas of impact/importance. Owners with a business plan see 30% faster growth and 71% of the fastest growing companies have a business plan. In this session, we'll explore the elements of an effective business plan and how to write it based on your business objectives. CNIB is going to draw upon our partners and connected community to provide this session. This program runs via Zoom web conference on Tuesday, July 26 from 6 to 7 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
