Helena Butler will take everyone through a series of yoga poses and make sure that each person is doing the yoga poses right. If you have the camera on, Helena will be looking to make sure that everyone has understood her explanation of the yoga poses she does. 

This yoga program runs via Zoom web conference every Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Newfoundland Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
