Join our experienced instructor as she leads you through some relaxing, re-energizing, and re-centering yoga moves. You do not need any previous experience with yoga, just a willingness to relax and let go!
Bring a yoga mat and water if you wish. If you need a yoga mat, let us know. Bring a friend! Not only can they assist you by relaying the instructor's information, but they too can participate and let their bodies feel the benefits as well.
This program runs on Saturday, October 26, November 9, and November 23.
