Join our experienced instructor to learn gentle stretching and relaxation techniques that will connect your mind and body and recharge you for the week!
In addition to relaxation, practicing yoga helps improve strength, stability and balance. Check out a guided yoga class to improve your mind, body and spirit.
No experience needed, we encourage everyone to attend, stretch out, relax and breathe!
Bring an exercise mat if you have one or let us know if you need to borrow one!
The program runs on Saturday, September 28, October 26, and November 23.
