Enrich your day by focussing a few moments on yourself. If you are new to meditation or have experience, this short, guided meditation offers the opportunity for a deepening personal experience. With meditation in your tool kit, you can learn to relax and de-stress or simply refresh and take some positive vibrations with you throughout your daily life. 

This group runs via teleconference on May 28 from 11-11:45 a.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
