Due to popular demand, we're adding another monthly dose of our weekly Wednesday afternoon tech discussions. Techstravaganza 2.0 is a monthly discussion group that is joined by members all over the country to come together and talk everything tech.

This technology workshop meets via Zoom web conference on the second Saturday of every month from 1 to 3 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.

This class is designed for yogis of all levels. Instruction is delivered in Mandarin and Cantonese and is highly descriptive to accommodate participants with sight loss. No experience required. The instructor will provide modifications so don't hesitate to ask. If you love trivia, this group is for you! Sessions are led by our own professional game hosts (aka CNIB staff and volunteers) and add the questions and people just respond freely. This group meets via Zoom web conference every Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
Virtual Relaxation Yoga

Looking for ways to manage stress? Come out and join us for yoga sessions to help you learn to battle some of the stress. These sessions are virtual so can be done anywhere. This yoga program runs via Zoom web conference or telephone every Friday from 12 to 12:45 p.m. CDT. Call in information will be given upon registration.
Guide Dog Handlers Chat Group

This is a safe and supportive place for guide dog handlers from across the country to get together and chat. Share the joys and challenges of being a guide dog handler as well as tips to keep our guide dogs happy and engaged. This group runs via Zoom web conference on Friday biweekly from 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern Time.
