A workshop for blind/partially sighted individuals to learn about self-advocacy and understand your rights. Identify when you are being mistreated/discriminated against. Discuss the different types of advocacy and what kind of advocacy work is happening today. Take this workshop to become a confident self-advocate in an inclusive environment. Cost: Free.
The self-advocacy workshop takes place in multiple CNIB locations across BC and teleconferencing is available for those who reside in other communities.

- Victoria – Thurs., March 28th, 2019; time: 1 - 3 pm
- Kelowna – Thurs., March 28th, 2019; time: 1:30 - 3:30 pm
- Teleconferencing – Wed., March 6th, 2019; time: 2 – 3 pm
