Adaptive Dance instructor, Tiffany Tjosvold, will be leading a zoom based guided, seat-based low-impact dance fitness class. This program is designed for those ages 19+.

This group runs via Zoom web conference every Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
