Are you looking for ways to manage stress or would like additional resources to help you relax? Join us virtually every Saturday for a half-hour of guided instruction for stress-reducing yoga poses.
This yoga program runs via Zoom web conference every Saturday from 12 to 12:30 p.m. Central Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
