A fully accessible and described gentle-styled yoga allowing you to develop strength, mindfulness and flexibility over time utilizing the most basic yoga postures. You’ll leave the class feeling loose and more relaxed. Come participate in a safe and supportive environment.
This group runs via Zoom web conference every Monday and Friday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Eastern TIme. Call-in information will be given upon registration.
