Start your Wednesday morning off right with a little relaxation! Join us once or for the whole eight weeks. Using your camera is optional. The meditation is focused on verbal descriptions. Individuals with sight loss, volunteers and staff are welcome.

This workshop runs via Zoom web conference every Wednesday from 8 to 8:45 a.m. Mountain Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
