New beginner meditation sessions will be offered for our western Canada friends! Sessions will be 45 minutes in length and include 1 or 2 brief guided meditations, along with information about the practice of meditation and small discussion. You can except to come away feeling relaxed and empowered to meditate on your own.

Your instructor is Ben Campbell a certified meditation instructor who believes in the simple power of awareness and breath. He uses simple techniques to help calm the mind and relieve stress. In his free time Ben enjoys running, biking and walking around his downtown neighbourhood in Calgary. 

This workshop runs via Zoom web conference every Wednesday from 8 to 8:45 a.m. Mountain Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
