Music Therapist, Emily Brown, will be hosting a weekly call-in session where we will practice the art of mindfulness through the practice of music. We will listen/play music together and then participate in reflective and relaxation activities focused on mindfulness and relaxation. This program is designed for those ages 19+.

This group runs via Zoom web conference every Tuesday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
