The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is asking Canadians about the delivery of paper (print format) bills from their telecommunication service provider. That is, the bill you receive each month for your cell phone, internet, cable, or home phone service. The CRTC is looking for input from Canadians with disabilities about the suitability and accessibility of alternate format statements provided by their carrier.
CNIB’s Public Policy Team is looking for comments about how you access statements or invoices from your mobile phone provider, internet service provider, or cable company. Your comments will inform CNIB Foundation’s recommendations to the CRTC about what expectations should be set out for Canadian telecommunications companies.
This survey should take less than 10 minutes and your comments will remain anonymous. We are offering a $10 iTunes, Google Play, Amazon or Tim Hortons gift certificate for completed survey responses.
The survey will close on Monday June 15, 2020.
