The meditation is focused on verbal descriptions. Individuals with sight loss, volunteers and staff are welcome. 

Sessions willd include 1-2 brief guided meditations, along with information about the practice of meditation. You can expect to come away feeling relaxed and empowered to meditate on your own.

This six-week series runs via Zoom web conference every Tuesday from 7 to 7:45 p.m. Mountain Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.

Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
