CNIB Foundation is looking for an Operations Lead to lead the operational initiatives of the Phone It Forward program. Phone It Forward is a CNIB program that works to unlock the life-changing potential of mobile technology for people who are blind or partially sighted.

The Operations Lead will ensure that all activities are coordinated and meet the program's objectives of maximizing the CNIB Foundation's impact in changing what it is to be blind, particularly in the area of accessible technology.

This newly created position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Phone it Forward program such as data collection and analysis, reporting, vendor relations, and internal customer support.

The Foundation is seeking an outstanding professional and transformational leader to join our People & Culture team in the role of Director People & Culture, Foundation Division. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, CNIB this position will provide day-to-day leadership and support to a national team of Foundation Professionals and will be an important contributor to the success of The Foundation through the development and delivery of its People & Culture strategic plan.

The Director will be expected to travel occasionally to The Foundation offices in communities across Canada.

Our dedicated professionals work with people in your community who are Deafblind to enable their independence in everyday life. Covering a broad range of duties and responsibilities including acting as a communicator and sighted guide to individuals with a combined loss of hearing and sight. The incumbent provides access to information and facilitates the interaction between the individual and their environment.
