The Abilities Specialist plays a support role in case management of employees on short-term (STD) and long-term (LTD) disability as well as workplace injuries. The Abilities Specialist will provide problem-solving assistance to improve recovery and return-to-work (RTW) while ensuring employment obligations are met.

They are responsible for maintaining, reviewing and overseeing current disability claims. They will promote wellness and attendance, evaluate current trends and programs and provide recommendations to prevent future claims.
