The Returns and Repairs Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the daily return and repair process for high-tech and low-tech products, from both internal and external customers.   Duties and responsibilities of this position include physical receipt of incoming product for repair, analysis of product returns, and with a functional expertise the completion of physical repairs to products.

Reporting to the Program Lead, Recreation, Sport and Accessible Community Engagement, this position will assist with the planning, implementation and evaluation of Foundation Programs with a focus on Technology programs for children, youth, adults and seniors who have vision loss, including our Come to Work Program funded by the Federal Government.
