Job description

Essential Duties entail (but not limited to):

  • Register participants for activities
  • Enter data (registrations, forms, updates and notes) in various databases
  • Register participants for activities
  • Make follow-up calls and get feedback on the services
  • Call donors to thank them
  • Do research and provide the requested information
  • Prepare and coordinate group schedules
  • Prepare regular and electronic mail-outs
  • Review documents for appearance, spelling and layout
  • Help organize different activities
  • Welcome participants to programs
Qualifications

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual - French and English (spoken and written)
  • Autonomous and disciplined
  • Good sense of priorities and organization
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma
  • Work experience an asset

  • Work three days per week
  • One-year contract
