Beyond Sight Series
The Beyond Sight Series feature monthly virtual presentations from various services, businesses and organizations in our community. Each month, we will offer a different topic and speaker will join us to discuss a variety of topics. Examples include: RDSP’s, wills, budgeting, nutrition and lots more. Volunteer Opportunities
Bilingual Judge (or Judging Team) for the CNIB Braille Creative Writing Contest
Since 1997, CNIB has organized a Canada-wide Braille Creative Writing Contest for children and youth. This important competition celebrates braille literacy and encourages young people to flex their creative muscles while practicing their braille skills. The contest is looking for volunteer judge(s)! Publishers, library staff and children's authors are welcome to apply.

Transition Dog Boarder – CNIB Guide Dogs
Volunteers are a critical part of our guide dog program, and we’re always in need of volunteer puppy raisers and boarders. With support from CNIB Guide Dogs staff, you would play a pivotal role in raising a puppy to become a guide dog and help change the life of someone who is blind, Deafblind, or has low vision.
